I have a word file that I use a mail merge from Access to printing mailing labels. On the screen I can see all 133 labels when I printed them it skips every 31st label any idea why Thank you Irene

When I do that I then get the first record of each page 2 time and I'm still missing the 31 records

I when back any remove next record of the last one on the page and now I get all the records thank you

Next Record" must be the first field in all of the labels. In your case I think it is after all the merge fields. And the first label must not have the "Next Record" field.

Hi,

Toggle the Field Codes to see where NextRecord is located.

Thank you, I change the first label to be just address block, each label after to be next block address block and I get all my label now. Thanks again for all your help
