Hello,

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me with a font problem.

When I send files to our printers I always convert the text to curves in case they don't have the fonts I've used. When they open the file they always get the missing font warning.
The warning is for a font that wasn't used in the first place (everything is curves anyway).

If anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated, it will save a call from the printers every time I send them something.

Sometimes the font information is in the styles. Export the file out as a CMX and then import it into a new document. This will strip the styles out and you will not have Panose font matching complain about missing fonts
