After installing the game 'Battlefield 2', a folder containing ~20GB of other games has disappeared. It is not in the recycle bin, nor has it been moved. I have run a Search for it, which has come up blank.

The Hard Drive has recently been replaced, as have the MoBo and Memory.

Running Windows XP Pro.

Was the folder there after replacing the hard drive?

The folder was created on the newly installed Hard drive after install, yes

Well that definitely is strange. Hopefully you have it backed up somewhere and you aren't at a total loss.

Data recovery.

Plenty of other recovery software listed here.

This program might be useful for any diagnosing of Disk Space usage. If there is still a 20GB folder on your hard drive it should notice it.

Thanks guys. I will try those links soon and let you know how it goes
