Missing file 98

any help I formated my c: drive, reinstalled windows from the cd that came with the PC. everything looks good until all software is loaded. and rit restarts than I get a message saying. NTLDR is missing

You haven't got a floppy disk in the drive have you?

This can popup this error message but normally in XP
