Missing entry in the GAL

I have one user (that I know of) that is missing from the GAL when viewed from the address book on an Outlook client. When using OWA I can search for this user. In Ex System Manager, Recipients, All Global Address Lists, I can do a preview and the missing user is there. Any ideas as to why it wouldn't show up on my Outlook client?

I figured it out. The missing user, as indicated, was in the GAL that was currently on the Exchange Servers. I was using Outlook 2003 in cached mode did not have the latest GAL. To download the current GAL go to Tools -> Send/Receive -> Download Address Book. My missing user showed up without a problem. Yeah!
