missing dll ?

I am missing the above dll apparently ? I get the message when trying to play 'quick snooker' from

could anyone tell me which cab file i can find the dll and where i should extract it to.

Which OS are you using? If it's Win98se it's in Root drive:\Windows\System. Use System File Checker from the Run command to extract it.

That is a Visual Basic Runtime dll file
you need it to VB written programs

Sorry didn't finish
if you do a search on your drive you might find
in another Dir. If you do just copy it to your
Windows\System dir.
