Call pilot running 5.0
When we receive an incoming call over our PRI line from a local landline the number is displayed correctly on the phoneset as 01613456789
When that call leaves a voicemail the voicemail envelope reads the number back as 93456789. 9 is the prefix we use to dial an external number, 0161 is the STD prefix for our local area.
When we receive an incoming call from a mobile number the number is displayed correctly on the phoneset as 07123456789.
When that call leaves a voicemail the envelope reads the number back as 97123456789. All mobile numbers in the UK start 07.
Is it possible to have the voicemail read the correct numbers out? Where do I need to start looking?
