Call pilot running 5.0

When we receive an incoming call over our PRI line from a local landline the number is displayed correctly on the phoneset as 01613456789
When that call leaves a voicemail the voicemail envelope reads the number back as 93456789. 9 is the prefix we use to dial an external number, 0161 is the STD prefix for our local area.

When we receive an incoming call from a mobile number the number is displayed correctly on the phoneset as 07123456789.
When that call leaves a voicemail the envelope reads the number back as 97123456789. All mobile numbers in the UK start 07.

Is it possible to have the voicemail read the correct numbers out? Where do I need to start looking?

Please refer to the following below.

Patches for release 3 MPLR13129 and release 4 MPLR19184 fixes the problem where CLID of caller is missing the leading digit (USM) when connected to Call Pilot.
If DAPC has been configured on the M1 , i/c DDI calls show the leading zero on the CLID on the telephones display.
Without the above patches, any message left a mailbox will have the leading zero missing.

This all changed in Rlse 4

MPLR19184 has been integrated in the 04.00T
CLID is sent over the AML after the DAPC treatment
Therefore, any message left in mailboxes will have the leading zero left off.

To fix the problem,do the following on Call Pilot Manager:

'Messaging' ==> 'Dialing Information'

- the local prefix:
- the long distance prefix:
- the international prefix:
- ESN Access Code:
Change these values according to CLID you received after DAPC treatment.

In my situation, long distance calls were missing the leading zero, so I programmed 0 alongside - the long distance prefix: Likewise, 00 was programmed against - the international prefix:

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

That sorted it,

I added 0161 for the local prefix, 0 for long distance and 00 for international and the numbers are now coming through correctly.
