Hi,

I have just spent the last few hours creating a designer report in CMS using CMS Supervisor. I have saved this report with the properties that is only available to myself and also having been saving this report every 5 minutes.

this report has crashed while i was resizing columns and when i went to look for the report, it is not showing in the list of designer reports in the historical folder.

The login that i am using to log into CMS Supervisor still exists and i have logged out and back in several times but the reports window (historical > Designer folder) is still not showing the report that i have created.

does anyone know any way that i can retrieve this report?

i then created a dummy report and saved it with the same file name and the system asked if i would like to overwrite the existing report with the same filename. so it is definitely there but not showing in the list. I have sinced saved several dummy reports and discovered that only the reports with the properties 'available to everyone' appears in the list and none of the reports with the properties 'available to only me' are showing.

cms v15 by the way

thanks ash

Don't know if this matters, but are you set up as an administrator login?

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.

I am definitely setup as an administrator with full feature access permissions to everything.

Does anyone know how to access it by going onto the CMS Server. The reports could be retrieved by actually going on to the CMS Server?

I have tried logging in as Root but can't seem to see any obvious way.

I'm sure an engineer in the past told me how to do this but this was a long time ago!

thanks Ash

what's the name of the report? Your not missing the old upper case/lower case thing are you?
