I am in the process of moving a Visual Basic 5.0 using Crystal Rpeorts from one server to another. When I test the label printing I get a label without City, State and Zip. I preview the print and print it from there and I get the label OK. I am really new to Visual basic and Crystal reports - inherited application to support. Please help.

Thanks.

Have you checked the printer? I'm assuming you're printing to a lable printer. Perhaps the stock is not lined up properly in the printer. Try pressing the feed button (if there is one on the printer) before attempting to print again. If that doesn't work, try to find the documentation for your particular printer (try a Google search) to see how to properly line up your printer stock.

I have check the alignment - this hapeens on special forms as well as labels. I have checked to see if there were any differences with the current server application and the one I have copied - no differences except location. The current server application prints labels fine to the printer we have assigned but when I assign that printer to the copied app I encounter the problem. I changed all crystal reports to point to the new location of the copied db (access) .
Maybe I am missing dlls? Not sure.
