Missing Commands

I have an IBM AIX server OS 4.3.3. that is missing some commands. The commands are li and uuencode. Can anyone tell me where I can get these commands from so that I may install them?

These are part of AIX. Install the following filesets from your AIX 4.3.3 CD.

bos.net.uucp ---- for uuencode
bos.compat.cmds ---- for li
