Hi there.
We have a customer with a couple of smartphones connected to Wifi and using Avaya Workplace APP.
Both clients work properly but both are missing access to the PBX internal phonebook. When they press the search icon and type the name of their colleagues they don't get any results. I am assuming this should work. Can anybody correct me if I'm wrong, please?
Both user extensions have "power user" enabled, which I believe is needed.
IPO is a server edition on version 11.0.4 build 74.
Any ideas? Should this work, in the 1st place? If so, is this just a matter of licensing for power users and enabling those in the user extensions? Does this need One-X Portal? They have One-X installed and running but could this be just a matter of rebooting that particular service?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Hi @JayNEC
Yes, we're using TLS. Do you think it's something related to secure connection?

Make sure you've enabled HTTP Read, and Write under security settings insecure interface.
