MISSING AGENTS IN CCR R9 1

I'm so confused. We have recently upgraded one of our call centers from R8 to R9. All was good. We have now just had a ticket come in for them as two agents have stopped showing in the monitor view.

They display OK in manager. SSA. Monitor. It even shows the user in the logs on the CCR. but get this for some reason on every monitor view. These two agents just show as a blank box. no name no agent control no nothing. They do still show their agent state though ??????

I'm very confused. if anyone has any ideas I would be very great full.

Delete User and Recreate them in IPO make sure they have CCR Agent status Select and add them in relevent Hunt Gruops
 
I have tried removing agents and it fixes for that agent and just removes the name of another user in the monitor view. Why ?????????

I cant find anything on caveats.

Has any one else seen this ?

No I havent yet. Last time we had to raise something to Avaya it took about 3 months for them to sort the on boarding and find a fix. I was hoping a genius like your self would have the answer and save me having to go to avaya.

Im sure this is a really old issue.

Are the agents CCR status set by user rights?

The only fix in the past is to delete the agent off the switch, merge and recreate them and tick CCR agent manually and not with user rights. (a bit like when you try to turn off the wrap up timer with user rights, it doesnt work)

hahaha they are much more reliable now. they run on SSD's

The latest versions also have some realy good features. The IPCS is leaps and bounds beyond Avayas iphone app.
