I'm so confused. We have recently upgraded one of our call centers from R8 to R9. All was good. We have now just had a ticket come in for them as two agents have stopped showing in the monitor view.
They display OK in manager. SSA. Monitor. It even shows the user in the logs on the CCR. but get this for some reason on every monitor view. These two agents just show as a blank box. no name no agent control no nothing. They do still show their agent state though ??????
I'm very confused. if anyone has any ideas I would be very great full.
