Hi we have recently migrated our servers from nt 4 server and exchange 5.5 to server and exchange 2003. Since the migration our users can access their address books by click the address book icon but when they are composing emails if they click the "to" button their address books do not appear.

Does anyone have any ideas or advice please.

You need to add the Outlook Address Book...

Simply Go:
Tools- email accounts
Under Directory, select "add a new directory or address book"
Select additional address book - Outlook address book.

Close and restart outlook.
open a new message
Click the "To" button
Under the show names... select the pull down... give it a few seconds and contacts
will appear.

After you have done this:

"Simply Go:
Tools- email accounts
Under Directory, select "add a new directory or address book"
Select additional address book - Outlook address book."

you may need to go into your Contacts, right click each of the Address Books, select Properties, Click Outlook Address Book tab and check "Show this folder as an email Address Book
