Missed Calls List

two ways:
use newer digital 2420 and 2410 phones or 4620/4610 ip phones, for they have this functionality by default;
use message waiting service. you can set it up so that missed external calls with ani detected will leave a message on the phone. there is no automatical service for internal calls, though.
