missed call notification

Hi,
i have an issue with IPO500v2 8.0. missed call notification is not working properly. sometimes it will show the missed call in call logs sometimes it will NOT show. Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

One more Question- Also If i want to upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 it needs an upgrade license?

Hi, Only internal ext-ext calls have this issue.

Try this:
System -> Telephony -> Call log

Make sure "Log missed calls answered at coverage" is Checked.

Save, merge and give it a try.

Couldn't edit my post, yes you'll need a license. Contact your Avaya rep (For us it's Dell) and have them get that taken care of.
