Missed call not logged on 2nd incomming line

Hello,


I have a problem on my IP Office 11.0.4.1.13 build 1.
When a user is on the line and they get a 2nd incomming call they can see that someone is calling but when call is not answered it does not appear in the call log.
This only happens when it is a 2nd incomming call, if they are not calling and the call is missed then it appears in the call log.
Does anybody have any idea i don't seem to find any setting for that, we use 9608 phones.

If the call is answered elsewhere, including voicemail, then it isn't treated as missed by default. Look around the configuration for settings called "Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage" or something like that.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
