I have a problem on my IP Office 11.0.4.1.13 build 1.
When a user is on the line and they get a 2nd incomming call they can see that someone is calling but when call is not answered it does not appear in the call log.
This only happens when it is a 2nd incomming call, if they are not calling and the call is missed then it appears in the call log.
Does anybody have any idea i don't seem to find any setting for that, we use 9608 phones.
