MIS 0x32 ringing

Folks, I have two M7310's ringing @ the same time when ever you dial either number (223 & 233); I have looked in ANS DN's, ring groups. hunt groups and the like. What did this 'ole retired phone guy forget please? Suggestion(s) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
Maybe you can give us some more clues:

[li]When a set is ringing, there is a message on the display. What is this message? Is it the same on the other set?[/li]
[li]Also, when a set is ringing, there is an indicator flashing. If you press Feature * 0, then the button next to the flashing indicator, what appears on the display? Is it the same on the other set?[/li]

Folks, internally the caller ext appears in the window; didn't try external incoming and yes I checked CFNA and CFB; both set to voicemail on ext 236.
 
It sounds like port mapping corruption... reboot the MICS.

Also look for Answer DN keys and that the sets are not looped together (have their own pair to KSU).

All, I'll check over the weekend; I don't want to take the system down during business hours (HIGH CAP?). I'll check for a multiple pair scenerio as well. Thnaks folks. Will let you know what happens......next week.
