To increase reliability I want to set up mirrored web servers at two different ISPs. Our servers will be NT 4.0 running IIS. Do you have suggestions on how to set this up? Thank you.
 
You could try GeoCluster from NSI Software
You will need to be running NT 4.0 Enterprise to use clustering though.

You may find that setting up a simpler load balancing solution (such as WLB, or with hardware such as Cisco Local Director) with an ISP that has redundant nework architecture to be the easiest and cheaper solution.
