I need the top third of the page to show up to the first 10 lines of the detail.
The middle third should show that information again.
The bottom third is just a page footer.

Having 2 detail sections isnt working because sometimes I will only have 2 lines on the page, and the second detail section starts right below (I need it to start 1/3 of the way down the page)

The logic here makes it extremely difficult to use subreports, any thoughts without using one?

Thanks
Todd

You need to clarify, the post states the first 10 go in the first detail section, but that doesn't fit with the next statement that if there are 2 rows the second should start at the bottom 1/3.

You might be able to use multiple detail sections, and then use blanks instead of the data if it doesn't exist, however you'll need to save the first 10 rows of fields into variables, so the coding will be somewhat significant.

Anyway, please clarify the conflicting requirements, and in general try posting technical information:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity
Example data
Expected output

Thanks for the response. I need to print checks with this report. The top third and middle third of the page should be identical(showing information about what is being paid), then the bottom third is the actual check.

I have a stored procedure that feeds the report. I need to allow up to 10 records per page. I need those 10(or less) records to display on the top third and again on the middle third on the page. The bottom third will have summary information about the records. If I have 13 records for one check, it should print the first 10 on the first page (in 2 identical sections), then the last 3 on the next page.

Is there a way to repeat the detail twice on report?

Thanks
