Hi

I have a failed mirrored
scsi drive. The other drive took over ok once I removed the failed drive. My question is can I replace that drive with any type of drive and size or does it have to be
scsi and the same size?

Thanks

Michael

Must be the same FORMATTED capacity size or larger, preferably the same make and model and firmware revision, but rarely will a drive from a different manufacturer/make/model cause a problem.

A drive with a formatted size .1 gig smaller will not do.

In the interim I was thinking I should ghost the drive but I have never ghosted a SCSi drive that is set as a dynaic drive in Windows. Will that work?
