I have just installed an older version Miran Card. I have the MOH working now I want to record some RAN through the TUI.I access the card through TUI ACOD and I'm prompted for password, none of the documented passwords work.

I have tried #admin* admin000# and #user* user000#
I have also tried 4 zeros insted of three.

When I access the card with my laptop it was 4321 that worked as a password. Just wondering if there are other passwords to try for older cards. Or better yet am I missing something in my process.

Thanks,

TD

Hi John,

I have a card that reads version 1.56 release 9.

I tried the 000000 and that didn't appear to work

Thanks,

Hi Janchundia,

Once prompted with "Please enter your password followed by number sign" I entered 4321# and all I hear is silence, like waiting for more digits. So if I enter a few more digits and another # sign I get "login incorrect please try again" recording.

Thanks

You must enter the # twice at the end of the password.
4321## this should work.

Tried 4321## and it didn't work seems like not enough digits as it is dead air after entering. I checked some other threads and admin## 4321## was suggested. This didn't
work either.

sometimes if you hit an extra # it will work. your set pass will be the same as your terminal pass. I have an older and a newer rls and when I do set based admin on the old one I sometimes have to hit the # key 3 times as it doesn't seem to take and I get the dead air treatment like you are now. also try it on another phone just in case your # key is sticky.

I have version 1.56 release 9

I tried 4321### from other phones and I got the login incorrect recording. Any chance someone changed the default

If you enter the incorrect password after three attempts, the system lock you out.

Pull out the card and insert again. When finished the reboot, try again 4321##

I think that there is a patch for DTMF tones to the miran from external numbers (PBX patch). Not sure if this would be the same issue.

Thanks mikeet I changed to MANO yes and it worked. I feel pretty stupid as I knew this was supposed to be yes.
Sorry for bothering everyone and thanks for responding.
