Hi every one, I have not done this before and something went wrong.
I had someone record two messages for an ACD that have recordings on them. I didn’t read anywhere that only one recording at a time, so when I assigned the recording this morning to channels 3-4 where the second recording should go it did it.
The problem is that it also assigned the message to channels 0-1-2. Should I have the recording done again and unassign 0-1-2 then assign the new recording with 1 then 0*1*2**?
Here is what I have when I step through
Dial app#, user, password #2(play)
0 -Old first message
1-old hold message
2-new 2nd hold message
3- new 1st message
But when I hit 3 then 2 I get message above #2 on 0,1,2,3,4. Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong

There are 3 versions of Miran. All three have serial port access, but versions 2 and 3 also had web access.
If your system is Option 11 based and that the card is in the main cabinet, then it's possible to access Miran versions 1 and 2 via the TTY port using AX ?.

Anyway, once in the system, you might want to navigate to where your channel assignment is and see what recording has been assigned to it. You should be able to change the announcement this way.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Well I got it in the right way form the TUI. My problem now is I can't get rid of the 1st old message, keeps coming back with error.

Something like this happend to me about a year ago. If I remember correctly - a reset on the MIRAN card cleared the trouble.
