Miran help

A bit confused- I have a MIRAN up and working with the default MOH on channel 0. Customers call in and they hear the music when on hold. We need to have a Ran announcement to play with the music (hear message then music again). I have a Ran route configured for Miran channel 1, when I assign the announcement to this channel 1, will it be played with the music or do I need to add the RAN Route somewhere in the Trunk Route Data Block, so folks calling in hear music and the announcement in a loop?

If the is "just music on hold" (not ACD related) you would need to mix the audio clips.

In ACD, you can assign the RAN 'and' MOH to play in LD23

That is what I thought, I will look into symposium on Ran routes
