Hey all- MIRAN help needed.

Option 81C. Succ 3.0. So I am installing my first MIRAN card. Keycode has been entered, trunks built, etc. without too many problems. Here is my issue- I am trying to record an annc which would contain only DTMF tones. I'm working with ATT on using their transfer connect feature and need to send them a digit string of *8 plus 10 digit number. I planned on using a MIRAN annc to accomplish this. So using the TUI interface I cannot record this since * is the command to end recording. I need * to be the leading digit so this route obviosuly will not work. I found a DTMF generator and was able to generate the tones I need and have them saved as a .wav file. So- how can I import the .wav file to the MIRAN card. I suppose either ftp or using the PCMCIA card? Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i would make the recording as a .wav use the miran utility to convert and import it via a pcmcia.. strange application, one i've never tried to use a "ran" trunk for.. i don't see a reason it wouldn;t work.. have you been able test it standalone.. play a voice file into a transmiter and have that accepted by a network provider?
