Do I need a keycode or anything to use a MIRAN card in my 81c, or can I just buy one plug it in and setup some routes to it?

It might be cheaper to source another one that comes with more channels enabled?. I think they came with either 2 , 4 or the full 8 channels which needed keycodes for each of them.
