Minuet ACD for Operator

We bought NVM 4.0 with Minuet ACD built in. Want to create an ACD Group with the switchboard operator as the sole agent. This would allow callers who dial "0" at the auto attendant to wait in queue while the operator handles multiple calls. They could even get a recorded announcement while in queue for an extended period. Page 18 of the Minuet ACD Administration Guide says that "Agents cannot log into enhanced CAP unit." Does this mean we can't use ACD on our M7324 with a CAP attached? Please advise on any other solution enabling operator to handle multiple dial "0" calls in a queue or other device. Thanks for your input.
 
You just cannoy put the logon key on the CAP. The logon key must be on the phone.
