MINIMUM SIZE MEMORY AIX 5L 5.1

I want to update AIX 4.3.0 to AIX 5.1 with old RS6000 7012 320h
I have only 50 Mo of memory and 8Go hard drive and other 1GO for swap.
it is possible ???

Hi,

I installed 5.1 on a 43P with 64MB Mem and 2GB Disk.

... well, it was slow (i.e. booting) but it worked. But I had no Applications loaded on this box!

AIX just plain and simple,and needs to work smoothly, run it with 256 Mo, and you won't have any problems

Thanks for all councils I have update 4.3 to 5.1 with 50 Mo
memory and is not start at boot... This way is false and can make the fog in target install .....
Is same to mobilhome move with bicycle....
