Minimize Word XP Docs?????

I have a fresh install, but when I go into a document, there is no minimize button FOR THAT DOC in the upper right. There IS a minimize button for the Program. This has happened whenever I've had to re-install the program, and I forgot how to turn the Minimize button ON!!!!

View tab.
Uncheck "Windows in taskbar" at upper right.
