Is there a way to have a text box that has the record number in it on a from the same as the navigation properties record number? Better yet, is there a way to make that record number default into a bound text box?

The navigation properties record number is arbitrary and always depends on the possible way you sort your records. The total amount of records, seen in you navigational properties record number will always depend on the possible filter that you apply. I've never seen a way to put the navigation properties record number in a text box.

My estimation, don't try to establish. Perhaps not even show the navigation number on the form, since it's arbitrary.

Good luck, Bart Verlaan.

Thank you, I never even looked at it like that.
