Mimic a Sort/Group list on a form

Have a form that lists all of my customers - with a "detail" button that opens up a new form with all the specifics.

ie.

Mickey T Mouse Account Number click for detail
Daffy Duck Account Number click for detail

Each customer has relationships with a variety of companies - and when you click on the "click for detail" a new form is opened with a tab control (one tab for each company) displaying all of the company details. But what I would like to do is list the names of those companies with the customer names on the first main list:

ie

Mickey T Mouse Account Number click for detail
Acme Incorporated
Disney World
Chamber of Commerce
Daffy Duck Account Number click for detail
Disney Land
Widgets R Us

etc.

How would I go about generating this in a form?

I can manage to generate the list in the way I want via a report - but the problem is that I can't add anything for an OnClick event to open the other form - and I can't add that report to a form.

I mean - I've thought about just using a datasheet view - because when I open my primary table - it looks almost exactly the way I want - but if I do that I get two things that I don't want:
A) I can't add a "click for details" anywhere
B) I show information on this summary screen that is unneccessary.

Still hoping someone out there has a few ideas about what I can do with this.

Thanks!

If I could do a continuous form with subforms I think I'd do just fine - if I could somehow to define the subforms filter criteria by its field in the main form - but it won't let me add a subform to a continuous form. I'm running out of ideas - but I'm sure this can be done. I just need someone smarter than me (not hard to do) to show me how. =)
