Wanted to see if anyone has integrated Milsoft IVR to an IP Office via SIP. I can't find any docs on Milsoft's site and nothing on Avaya'a site. I have 3rd Party IP endpoint licenses in place and my version is 8.1 (43). I have looked over the e-IVR documents on Avaya Support but the SIP stations will not register.

Thanks!

we have it currently integrated with an IP500v2 running 8.1.67 (and recently upgraded to 8.1.69 w/o any issues).

Were you able to get the stations registered?

on a side note, I'm noticing that when their IVR is attempting a blind transfer to an external number, the IPO is giving them a 405 Not acceptable here message. I've ran into very limited support of SIP REFER messages in the past and was wondering if your scenario had anything similar setup.

Thanks for the response. I was able to get the integration working and had no issues till this week. An associate of mine upgraded them to 8.1 (69) and we started getting the same 405 message. This stinks because they cannot transfer out of the system to the operator (or various other transfers). I am looking into it now, but i would be interested to see if you did something to make that work. Thanks in advance.
