Hi Guys,
I keep seeing the below error in my MBG server:
"Milk error code:1 (E_MILK_FAIL - license signature failure), Max_channels:0, Max_users:5000, Max_transcoding:10, AmcLicenseType:teleworker, Keyname:mbg, VM code:0"

When i check my AMC it show the below options:
Option Value
MBG Licenses 38
MBG Compression 5
MBG Max Users 2500

I think the max users has been somehow configured incorrectly but I have no idea where I'm to change it.

System types:
Mitel MXE 3300 running 5.1 SP1
MAS Mitel Standard Linux 9.0.22.0 with MBG V6.0.11.0

It sounds like the AMC has different totals for licensing then your system. Did you verify what's in the AMC against what you have in the system?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Problem solved. Mitel had some sort of AMC issues at their end.
They asked me to sync manually today and the error has gone.
