Migration of MimeSweeper for exchange

Hi our Mime Sweeper server is old and slow and I want to transfer our current mimesweeper setting and configuration to a new server - can anyone suggest how i can do this?

It's aparently possible to copy the config folder in the program files directory from the old to the new.
I'm trying this at the moment and its not playing ball though, services won't restart after the copy.
Anyone got any advice?
