We have in our full win2000 domain 2 Exchange 5.5 servers.
We want to install Exchange 2000 on a new server and then move the mailboxes from old to new server. We have executed domainprep on the new server and everything looks to go well, but the AD-properties are extended on the new server but not on the other DC's.
Is this normal or should/must I do the domainprep on every DC?

greetings,

Jacob

no you only need to run it once after you finish the rest of the setup there are admin tools that you can install on the DC's if you want to see those added exchange features in AD users and computers, just run the setup and choose to install the admin tools as you would for 5.5 and this will update your AD users and computers on that machine to allow you to see the added features

thanxs for the info, I'll continue the installation.
