Migration from 4.3 => 5.1 problem

The migration went OK, without any problems but when I wanted to work with the tape device i couldn't restore any data. When i run cfgmgr it give the following:
Method error (/etc/methods/cfgAtape –l rmt0)
0514-038 Error loading kernel extension

I tried to remove the tape drive through smitty and rund cfgmgr again and then i got:
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgsys_chrp -l sys0 ):
0514-053 Error returned from sys_config.

Any ideas? I can't find any info regarding these error codes.

Somebody told me that there is APAR that fixes problems with tape drives on AIX 5.1, could somebody give me the link?
