Migrating VM Pro MS SQL database to MySQL, and creating a web interface to update database

I'm a retired web developer who's been asked to help someone migrate their MS SQL IP Office database to MySQL, and to create a web interface where the client's staff can make database updates without having to involve their technical people (the example given was modifying the database to set a date as a holiday). They didn't say, but based on comparing the MS SQL tables with screenshots online, it looks like this is a VM Pro database (pic below).

Does anyone know if there's a documented procedure for migrating the VM Pro database from MS SQL to MySQL? It looks like it wouldn't be all that involved moving the tables and data, but the generic procedure I found for migrating MSSQL to MySQL doesn't move stored procedures or views (of which there appear to be hundreds under Views->System Views).

I can usually muddle my way through new (to me) technical challenges, but this is just too foreign. I don't know the phone system, I don't have one in front of me to test with and even if I did, I wouldn't know where to start and there doesn't seem to be a lot of community support out there other than Tek-Tips.

As much as I could use the money right now, I'm beginning to think I should just pass on this project.

Thoughts, anyone?

I've no experience of this but have you looked at Avaya Devconnect?

@ipohead I checked there before posting here. Their forum sections are quite specific about the topics under discussion and none of the defined areas seemed appropriate.
