Wondering if anyone out there knows of a good way to migrate ~100 Users that were programmed off a 500v2 expansion in an IPOSE deployment over to the Primary server. I know they can export/import via CSV but it would not have any User Rights, Hunt Group, etc. information. Not sure if copying and pasting across Manager is a good idea, but looking for anything out there besides manually programming each of the users.

Open the config of the IP 500 alone, and then save it. Open the offline config, and delete all users that you are not going to move to the SE. Export as Binary (change the file type from .xls to .exp and then select User.

Make sure that the same User Rights exist on the SE as the 500 if they are not common to all unit.

Copy the Accounts, Names, and Greetings folders out of /opt/vmpro

On the live system, delete the users from the 500 and Import the binary file to the SE. You will probably need to reboot.

If the system creates new Account/Name/Greeting folders/files, copy them back in and stop/start voicemail pro
