Migrating POP3 messages to exchange 2003 mailboxes??? 1

I am a newbie so forgive any incorrect terminology.

I need to migrate current email messages from a POP3 system to an exchange 2003 system (non POP3)

The clients be used are Outlook 2002 and Outlook Express ver. 6

Can this be accomplished and if so what are the steps.

mailmig.exe on the distributin cd can do this, however you will have to create a csv file to drive it.

Assuming you are logged onto Outlook with your exchange account, import the pop .pst file into Outlook (into the same folder as your exchange mail folder).

Other than the documentation that comes with it? There was a presentation, a paper, and tool bundled upon one of the MS sites. You'll have to search around a bit.
