Migrating MTS to COM+ Low Performnce?

I have an application using MTS and ASP.

System:

Windows NT service pack 6
MTS
SQL Server 2000

The time for a call in a determinated function is 7 seconds.I migrate the application to COM+ and the call to the same function the time is 28 seconds.

System for Com+:
Windows 2000 Server
COM+
SQl Server 2000

Why?
Any suggestions?

I have no idea sorry, but maybe could u help me...I have the same kind of application than u but I'm not able to migrate it to Win2000 and Com+.....
