Migrating mailboxes to a different Organization. 1

We are shortly going to be setting up a new Exchange setup under a completely new Organization. I've read up on the Mailbox Migration Utility, but everything suggests that thie is for migrating between sites rather than organizations. How do you move mailboxes in to a completely new organization??

First, what are you using? I had to do this but using Exchange 2k. I used Exmerge, which is located in your Exchange 2k CD.

Sorry - a bit vague... We're using NT4 Server SP6a And Exchange 5.5 Enterprise SP4....

yep...use exmerge...it is a utility that takes accounts and generates PST files
