Migrating from TSD

Hi there all,
My company has been using Tivoli service desk for the past 5 years, at present we are using TSD 5.0.2. We were going to upgrade to TSD 6.0 but since service desk’s decommissioning the age-old adage of flogging a dead horse springs to mind!
We considered migrating to Peregrine Service Center but with all the fuss about bankruptcy it does not seem to be a safe move.
Has anyone else got a project on the go, or feeling the same anxiety? Could anyone advise me on other Help desk products that you are evaluating (or have already done so) that fully integrate with Tivoli SMS.

Paul, we are in the same shape. We spoke to some external resources about future of Peregrine and Service Center. The answer is basically one of how much risk can your organization take. We are now moving ahead with the migration from TSD to Service Center to be complete by end of year.
