Hi,
I am trying to migrate Seagate Info 7.5 reports to Crystal Enterprise 8.5 Format. I am facing some problems which are descibed below:
1. If I import the reports using import wizard of CE 8.5 and then publish these reports using publishing wizard then I am not able to schedule the reports from ePortFolio. Scheduling the reports fail and "Information is needed before this report can be processed." message is returned.
2. If I open and save the reports in Crystal Reports 8.5 and then publish the reports in CE 8.5 then I am able to schedule some reports but not all. I get the same message as above for the failed reports. I am able to "Verify database" and execute the report from within CR 8.5.
The environment, I am using is as follows:
Crystal Enterprise 8.5 and Crystal Reports 8.5 are installed on different Windows NT machines. Database is Oracle 8i on a HP-UX machine and the access mechanism is native. I use Enterprise authentication to log on ePortFolio and schedule the report.
Please Help? Am I missing some info which may be needed to solve the problem? Do I need to install some patch on Crystal Enterprise?
