Hello,
I've installed apache on my machine, along with mysql - and they work great!
I can create and use mysql databases - and they work great!
I can only use coldfusion files on the inbuilt webserver localhost port - 8500 - not the new one.
The only problem being - is that on the new webserver - I can't use coldfusion files - it just shows the source code.
The apache version is 2.0.39
Both coldfusion and new new stuff is on my f: drive (a larger hard drive)
I tried looking into the file in the coldfusion bin... connectors for apache and I tried to update the .bat file - and it didn't work.
Can anyone help - I don't want the inbult server and would like to use apache - as I am told its better!
BTW: The mysql, and apache server were installed by a loverly package foxserv (this also has PHP and PERL on it - although I would never turn my back from CF!! *LOL*)
Can anyone help me?
Kindest regards,
Mark ;-)
