Migrating documents FROM SharePoint TO Documentum

We have a WSS Team Site set up with one document library. We use the Team Site to collaborate on documents and then, when we are done, would like to archive them in Documentum.

Getting the files from SharePoint to a place where we can bulkload it into Documentum shouldn't be a problem. However, we would like to maintain the metadata that was entered, so we'd like to be able to get the existing metadata for all documents into a spreadsheet.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to migrate documents from SharePoint to Documentum? Custom solutions, packages or a combination are all OK.

Vorsite has solutions for SharePoint/Documentum Integration. The Transfer Agent for Documentum will allow the transfer of documents from a WSS/SPS Doc Lib into Documentum either on demand or automatically based on certain meta data value. All metadate is also passed through to Documentum.
