Latest patches on Exchange, Windows, and Office.

I have been migrating to a new exchange server solution. I have been following extremely documented and tested procedures. So far the move has been sucessful.

I have run into a problem though. In Outlook 2k3 sp2 I have Exchange setup. I have additional mailboxes setup to view other accounts. Before the move I could view the accounts. Now I receive a message, Unable to Display the Folder, Microsoft Outlook could not Access the Specified Folder Location.

I can view the inboxes for the other email accounts through OWA. I can view my current Inbox through Outlook and OWA, which has also already been moved to the same server.

I am not sure at this point what is causing the error? Permissions somewhere?

thanks in advance

The servers have been rebooted.
Outlooks has been restarted and reloaded.

Are you using "cached mode" in OL? If so, turn cached mode off and see if the problem persists.

Have you tried creating a new Outlook profile? Also, try creating a profile for one of the additional mailboxes and see if it opens OK using that profile.

It doesn't sound like a permissions issue if you can open the additional mailboxes using OWA.
