Hi all,

Recently upgraded from IP Office 500 to IP Office 500 V2 R9.1. Phone Manager Pro was replaced by one-X Call Assistant. I am looking for a way to export Phone Manager's speed dials and import them into one-X.

Thank you in advance.

Regards.

can't you import them in to the personal directory against the user in manager?

Nobody cares how you wear your hair, darling. Just keep doing it.

I don't know how to export the speed dials from Phone Manager 4.2.21.
IP Office Phone Manager User guide 4.2 says on page 25:

The following options are available when you right-click within the Speed Dial window part of the tab:
[...
Export
Export the speed dials icons. The speed dials are saved in a file called Speeddials.CSV. The file location
is My Documents\Avaya\IP 400\PhoneManager. The file name and location can be changed if required.

I can't find the Export option when right-click. The rest of mentioned options are there, except for Export
and Import. Ringback is not mentioned in the user guide but it's showed.

Regards.

Phone Manager version is 4.2.21. It was installed from User CD 4.2.44.

Regards.
