Migrate from PB6.5 to PB12

Has anybody migrated from PB6.5 to PB12? What issues have you encountered? I have migrated from PB6.5 before... to PB8 and then to PB10. I want to get the full version of PB12 instead of just the upgrade.

Any information or links to information would be greatly appreciated.

External API calls are one thing to look at (Ansi vs Unicode). You may also encounter driver issues depending upon what you are using database wise. OLE integration in general should be carefully tested.

Right now we are using sql server 2000 database. We call processes on an AS400. Would it be better to migrate to an PB11.5 version? Is that more stable? I realize it is a big jump and lots of testing is involved regardless.

If you are going to stay on SQL2000 I don't think there is much advantage of 11.5 vs 12.1. If you are planning on upgrading SQL then 12.1 is a better choice (especially if you go to SQL2008).
