Migrate Forms and Reports to 9i

I am in the process of migrating my forms and reports 6i to forms and reports 9i. I am currently running all my 6i applications on Windows NT and will also be changing to Sun Solaris 8. Can anyone please tell me the best way to migrate my source codes to 9i for the new operating system.

we have an automated tool which migrates Forms 6i to Forms 9i (With no platform dependencies)...so u can migrates from any version to any version...

For all the information on upgrading Forms check out the OTN Forms Upgrade Ceneter at

You can also find there a forms migration assistant tool that helps you upgrade 6i to 9i.

To migrate to unix you just need to recompile your fmbs on the unix machine.

I want to Migrate Application developed on Forms 6i to Forms 9i can any one please find the best solution with out using third party software. Kindly find me a solution for this.

Do you experience any problems? We did not move 9i, because still use client/server, but I tried to recompile some forms and found no problems.
