Midsize Enterprise Server IP address

I am changing the IP address to the customers IP address on the MES , Cdom and DOM 0

Once i do i cant connect to the services port via the web browser , It tells me SP web console is busy .. i can putty into it ok an all looks fine ,


I can ping the IP address ok including the avpublic one ,,

lost the plot on 6.0.3 platform ..not put Patch 7 on yet any one had this ?
